Chen Shterenbach, MBA, MA, is the Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of Greater Phoenix, where he leads efforts to strengthen the Jewish community’s voice on social justice, public policy, and Israel. Through advocacy and partnership, he works to build bridges across diverse communities and promote shared values of inclusion and understanding.

Born in a small moshav near Netanya, Israel, Chen grew up on his family’s chicken farm, where he learned the importance of resilience, community, and responsibility. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Israel and a Master’s in Education from Brandeis University.

With experience in Jewish communal leadership, education, and civic engagement, Chen is dedicated to empowering communities and fostering meaningful dialogue across differences.
