Phoenix Police Department’s Jewish Police Chiefs Advisory Board Summit

On April 3rd, Jewish leaders including Amanda Garcia and Alan Zeichick from the JCRC, along with Rabbi Levi Levertov, proudly represented the Jewish community at the Phoenix Police Department’s Jewish Police Chiefs Advisory Board Summit at Steele Indian School Park. The summit brought together members of the department’s Advisory Boards, which serve to strengthen trust, transparency, and collaboration between the police and the diverse communities they serve. The Jewish Advisory Board plays a vital role in fostering mutual understanding and ensuring community concerns are heard and addressed with care and respect.
